The International Relations at Northern Lithuania College are organised on Central level: the International Relations and Projects Management Department is in charge of all types of exchange and cooperation. It is run by full-time and specialised staff members who deal with:

- Follow-up & co-ordination of framework agreements and project applications;
- Prospecting new funding programmes and partners;
- Administrative support & co-ordination of student and teaching staf mobility;
- Development cooperation;
- Research and curriculum development;
- Outlining the policy on international cooperation and exchange.
